The hotel location is isolated and peaceful, but not what one might expect from a traditional German Gasthof. the in-house restaurant only offered a very limited choice for dinner, and the breakfast was just ok. the unremarkable room and lack of ambiance made it feel like a works canteen. the facilities were acceptable for a quick overnight stay. the bathroom was clean and functional, and the service was adequate.
The lack of character and the impersonal feel of the hotel makes it difficult to recommend to those seeking a memorable experience.

The hotel had a peaceful and quiet location which was great for a city break. The breakfast spread was good and had plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more pleasant.
The hotel lacked the charm of a traditional German Gasthof and felt more like a bland and impersonal hotel. The in-house restaurant had a limited choice for dinner and lacked the cozy atmosphere of a typical Gasthof.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. The staff was courteous and helpful whenever we needed any assistance. Additionally, the hotel facilities provided adequate amenities for our needs.

The food was edible, but barely, and breakfast offered something edible. Additionally, the remote location did provide some peace and quiet. However, the best aspect was that we only stayed one night.
The hotel was an absolute disappointment. The so-called "romantic escape" was far from it, as the room was unremarkable and barely acceptable. The hotel lacked personality and charm, which made it feel like we were staying at an austere hospital rather than a romantic getaway. Even the in-house restaurant was a letdown, with limited dinner options that made it resemble a school cafeteria. this was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had.
